Our Mission

Brainstorm Translate is exactly what the name suggests - a place where translators come together to think out loud, exchange ideas, and explore new possibilities in our industry.

Our members - the Brainstormers - keep each other informed, inspired, and occasionally challenged. We discuss market trends, review CVs and portfolios, share insights about companies, and help each other navigate the realities of freelance life.

A big part of what we do is proactive opportunity hunting. Brainstormers research companies, compile lists of potential end clients, and encourage each other to reach out - even when no vacancies are publicly posted.

Because sometimes the best opportunities appear when translators start knocking on doors themselves.
