GloZ

The company actively utilizes AI-powered localization technologies and promotes AI-assisted translation and QC solutions. Translator feedback is mixed. Several freelancers have reported significant payment delays, including cases of payments arriving months late, although no widespread reports of non-payment were found. Some translators also consider the rates below market standards. BrainStorm Note: Multiple reports of delayed payments. Verify current payment terms and reliability before accepting large projects.

Pay is average, if they get around to it. Vague updates, no promises. They prioritize pay to "the most urgent" contractors and have been claiming to improve their situation since 2021. When they do finally pay they offer no recompense. (I had to get another job, sell my car, default on payments, beg my landlord not to evict). Under online scrutiny they changed the contract so they can't be sued or discussed publicly

I basically asked the accounting department whether I would be paid in June. At first, they told me that since the invoices were issued on a certain date, I’d be paid in July. And then, surprise, surprise, four days later I got an email from the same department informing me that the payment status is now TBD and that I’d be receiving “monthly updates.” Well, nothing says efficiency like being told absolutely nothing.
