Indeed late-payers. I have to ask for my payment every month (even though they're now getting a bit better than before).
They do not credit the professionals nor push for it with devs/publishers.
PMs are usually very kind and helpful.
Honestly, if they could fix the payment issue, it wouldn't be all that bad.
I was approached by them just as they were facing a very serious wave of non-payment accusations.
They were quite accommodating as we could negotiate the rates.
Sadly, similarly to many localization agencies nowadays, they operate on a 60-day payment schedule, and they don't offer any upfront payment. I asked about this just for the first project as a way to build trust, but they were unwilling to make an exception.
They are notorious bad payers: they consistently pay late, always after many reminders and follow-ups, and usually just before they need you to complete another project.
