# TransPerfect

> TransPerfect is generally considered a reliable client with a strong reputation for paying translators on time and providing a steady flow of projects. Many freelancers appreciate the opportunity to work with a large international company and gain experience on high-profile accounts.

However, feedback is mixed regarding rates, with many translators reporting below-market compensation, strict deadlines, and highly structured workflows. Due to the company's size, communication can sometimes be slow and bureaucratic.
